摘要:农村土地股份合作社是指在明确农村土地集体所有权、稳定农户家庭承包权、搞活土地使用权的基础上，由有经济实力的大户、集体经济组织或投资于农业的工商企业发起，将农户的承包土地或集体所有的用地，联合资金、设备、技术等其他生产要素量化入股；按照自愿原则组成利益共享、风险共担的股份合作制农业企业。

　　　本文对张庄镇土地股份合作社进行了实地调研，调查结果出人意料，调查发现张庄镇土地股份合作社发展的实际情况与官方宣传报道的极其不符，该合作社在发展中存在着严重的参与主体异化问题，表现出的是一种“个人专权型”合作社，农民都是被入股、被合作，严重违反了“依法、自愿、有偿”原则，这一问题影响了合作社在农民心目中的形象，造成农民与合作社的矛盾日益尖锐，给合作社的发展带来了很大的困扰。参与主体异化的原因，经分析主要有3点：农民科学文化素质不高、农村贫富差距拉大、政府相关部门审批监管力度不够。本文根据农地股份合作社异化问题的症结所在，提出了一系列建议。
