摘要:房地产保险市场在我国的发展较为缓慢,2006年过后,各大银行取消强制购买住房抵押贷款保险,房地产保险就越来越冷门。到如今,部分银行已经不再办理这项业务,对于保险公司来说,这项业务也从原先的热门的暴利险种,转变为较为被忽略的险种,而对购房者来说,不再强制购买房贷险,很大程度上减轻了自己的负担,这种传统的片面认识就更加阻碍房地产保险市场的发展,房地产保险的发展岌岌可危。
本文从我国房地产保险市场的现状及问题研究出发,参考住房抵押贷款的相关内容,以个人住房贷款保险为着眼点,研究目前常州市房地产保险市场存在的问题,并采用问卷调查法探究当前常州市居民对房地产保险的认知情况,结合保险公司的相关数据以及对房地产保险的关注程度,针对存在的不足,并参照国外发达的房地产保险市场的发展模式,提出解决这些问题的对策。

Abstract:The insurance market of real estate develops slowly in China, after 2006, each big bank of compulsory purchase mortgage insurance, property insurance is becoming more and more popular. Up to now, some banks no longer conduct this business, for insurance companies, the business from the original hot profiteering categories, into a relatively neglected categories, for property buyers, they think no longer compulsory purchase mortgage insurance, largely reducing their burden, this traditional one-sided understanding of insurance market is more hindered the development of real estate, real estate insurance be placed in jeopardy.
This article from the insurance of our country real estate market present situation and problems of research, reference related contents of housing loans, personal housing loan insurance as starting point, the current problems in changzhou property insurance market, and USES the questionnaire method to explore the cognitive situation of changzhou city residents of property insurance, combined with the related data of insurance company and focus on real estate insurance level, aiming at the shortcomings of the existed, and reference to foreign advanced real estate insurance market development model, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.
