摘要:伴随我国改革开放建设的深入发展,我国在对外贸易中创造了巨大的物质财富,相较之下我国对外文化产品的贸易额远远落后于国家对外贸易的总额,鉴于此不对称发展态势和文化贸易在国际贸易竞争中日渐重要的地位,加快发展文化产品进出口成为我国在经济复兴道路上增强文化软实力实现中国特色社会主义全面发展的一个重要指针,基于我国文化产品出口相对较弱的现状,本文以浙江地区为例,折射我国文化产品进出口的基本面貌,探寻我国文化产品进出口的意义。

Abstract:Along with the in-depth development of reform and opening up in China, our country in foreign trade has created enormous material wealth. Foreign cultural products trade in our country is far behind the national foreign trade amount, Considering the asymmetric development situation and cultural trade has important position in the international trade competition, It’s the key indicator to strengthen the cultural soft power and realize the comprehensive development of socialism with Chinese characteristics that speed up the development of cultural products import and export. Based on the present situation of cultural products import and export is relatively weak in China, this article takes Zhejiang Province as an example, to reflect the basic aspects of cultural products import and export in our country, on the basis of referencing the successful experience of foreign cultural products import and export countries to look for the countermeasure of China's cultural products import and export.

鉴于文化产品进出口对一个国家和民族所起到的重大促进作用,我国从十一届六中全会以来开始关注并重视文化产业的发展,开始将文化贸易作为促进经济增长、提高劳动生产率、增加就业岗位和增强国家核心竞争力的一个重要支点,但由于我国文化产业起步晚,政策法规不健全,管理体制落后,文化产品出口企业整理实力较差的原因,我国的文化贸易进口额远远不及国家对外货物贸易总额,贸易逆差严重、贸易结构不合理、产品低端化和附加值低等问题成为制约我国进出口贸易的障碍。
本文旨在从文化产品的相关概念出发,以浙江地区为例,对我国文化产品出口的基本状况和问题进行深入分析,结合国外文化出口大国的文化产业发展经验,针对问题提出促进我国发展文化产品出口的发展策略和建议,以期我国可以成为文化贸易强国。
