摘要：近年来自然灾害的频频发生，引起由各个层面对应急事件将如何处理的深入研究。本文先分别介绍了应急物资运输与配送的概念及各自的作用，并研究两者在应急事件中的重要意义。然后分类对国内外近期影响极大的自然灾害的案例进行分析，从中更深入的了解应急物资运输与配送的现状以及存在的问题。最后在此基础上，提出较完善的对策，保障在应急事件中应急物资能够有效的运输与配送。

Abstract: in recent years, natural disasters occurred frequently, caused by all levels of emergency events will be how to deal with the in-depth study. This paper first introduces the concept of emergency material transportation and distribution and their effects, and to study their significance in emergency of. Then the classification of domestic and foreign recent impact of great natural disaster case to undertake an analysis, from a deeper understanding of emergency material transportation and distribution of the status quo and existing problems. 　　在当今社会日的新月异发展进步下，面对自然灾害发生时，我们也有了一定的应急措施和有效的将损失减少至低，但仍有大规模的，破坏性大，波及范围广的自然灾害时有发生，给我们造成了较大的损失和毁灭性的打击，同时对社会发展和人类生存也构成了严重的威胁。

　　本文通过查阅资料，收集资料，整理资料，深入研究在应急物流系统中运输和配送两个重要的环节，分析在突发事件中如何有效的进行应急物资的运输与配送，从而也发现了其存在的问题，并通过总结经验，汲取教训，学习各国的先进技术，培养专业的人才，建立完善的应对体制。随着我们对自然灾害的防范和抵御的意识逐渐增强，相信我们的应对措施也会逐渐的有效，尤其在运输与配送的环节上会加重研究和更新，相信应急物流一定越来越成熟，形成一套完成的科学体系。
