摘要:本实验的研究对象为不同品种与不同配比的PP与PE共混物以及其所经过吹膜所制得的薄膜。通过对其熔体流动速率、拉伸性能、光泽度、雾度、透光率以及表面结构等性能的观察,确定其用于生产消光膜的PP与PE的品种及配比。
研究结果表明:
(1)熔体流动速率低的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与无规共聚聚丙烯(PP)二者共混物所制得的薄膜其表面的粗糙程度较高,消光性能较好,适合于聚烯烃消光膜生产。
(2)对于PE来说熔体流动速率较低的HDPE其共混薄膜的拉伸性能较好。
(3) 本实验的一个重要目的就是研究PP/PE共混薄膜的消光性能,经过实验发现,在PE:PP配比为45:55时通过偏光显微镜观察到的其表面粗糙度是最大的,这一结果与测得的雾度以及熔体流动速率结果相佐证。

Abstract:The experimental study for different varieties and different ratios of PP and PE blends and its after blowing the obtained film. The melt flow rate, tensile properties, gloss, haze, transmittance and surface structure and properties was observed, determine their use for the production of Matt Film PP and PE species and proportion.
Research results show that:
(1) Low melt flow rate of high density polyethylene ( HDPE ) and the random copolymerized polypropylene ( PP ) blends prepared by the two film surface rough degree is higher, the extinction performance is good, suitable for the production of Matt Film
(2) For PE melt flow rate and lower HDPE its blend film tensile properties.
(3) the PP/PE blend film extinction performance is one of the most important objective of this experiment. after observation, in the ratio of PE:PP to 45:55by using polarizing microscope to its surface roughness is the biggest, the results and the measured results of haze and melt flow rate of corroboration
