摘要:运用正交实验从LLDPE、MPE、LDPE、HDPE这4种PE树脂中确定聚乙烯薄膜的基体树脂,通过薄膜的拉伸强度和撕裂强度比较,我们选择LLDPE和MPE共混作为PE薄膜的基体树脂。采用3种不同的抗静电剂对PE树脂基体的改性,研究了抗静电剂的加入对PE薄膜的力学性能和电性能的影响。结果发现,随着抗静电剂的加入,PE薄膜的表面电阻下降,拉伸强度升高,而撕裂强度有所下降,其中抗静电剂3号母粒抗静电效果最好,母粒份数达到15%时,表面电阻从1.2×1015Ω降到6.12×109Ω。

Abstract:Using Orthogonal experiments to determine the matrix resin of the PE film from LLDPE,MPE,LDPE,HDPE,the four kinds of the PE resin ,we choose blends of LLDPE and MPE as the matrix resin of a PE film through the tensile strength and tear strength of the PE film , then we use three different kinds of the antistatic agent to modify PE matrix resin , and research the mechanical properties and electrical properties of PE films with the antistatic agent.The results showed that with the addition of antistatic agent,the surface resistance of the PE film decreased, the tensile strength increased, the tear strength declined. In the three different kinds of the antistatic agent,the antistatic effect of the third antistatic agent masterbatch is the best. When we add copies of the third antistatic agent masterbatch up to 15%,the surface resistivity dropped from 1.2 × 1015Ω to 6.12 × 109Ω.
