摘　要:简要介绍了锌冶金技术的现状,并分析了发展趋势，对现有的锌冶金工艺进行了多方面的分析、比较、研究。主要是论述了年产10万吨沸腾焙烧炉系统设计、施工和生产过程中的技术问题及解决方法,提出了许多观点和看法,探讨了大型沸腾焙烧炉系统在我国有色冶金行业中的应用前景和发展方向，介绍了焙烧车间的设计方法及思路。介绍了硫化锌精矿沸腾焙烧工艺流程。

ABSTRACT:Briefly introduced the present situation of zinc metallurgical technology, and analyzes the development trends of existing zinc metallurgy process various analysis, comparison and research. Mainly discusses the baking of 100,000 tons of boiling system design, construction and production process of technical problems and solutions, puts forward many ideas and opinions, discusses the large boiling baking system in China nonferrous metallurgy industry application prospect and the direction of development, introduces the design method and roasting workshop thinking. Introduces the roasting process ZnS concentrate boiling.
