摘要:目前质子交换膜燃料电池技术得到了迅猛发展,美国、加拿大、日本和德国在 开发该种电池作动力源方面的研究已经形成热潮。燃料电池以其特有的燃料效率 高、质量能量大、功率大、供电时间长、使用寿命长、可靠性高、噪声低及不产生 有害排放物 NO2 等优点正在引起世界各国的注意。许多国家和科研实体已经把质子 交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的应用研究扩展到汽车市场,主要用于载人客车以及家 庭轿车的动力源,以解决环保问题。预计 2012 年美国市场上以燃料电池为动力的 汽车将达到 60 多万辆(占美国汽车市场 4%左右的份额),其中采用质子交换膜燃料 电池(PEMFC)作为动力装置的汽车将占燃料电池汽车总数的 80%左右。PEMFC 已 被认为是未来最理想的车载动力源。
本课题来源于燃料电池汽车开发项目,该项目目的是在当今社会能源短缺巨大 压力的背景下,实现基于 PEMFC 的燃料电池汽车整车开发,探索燃料电池最终取代 汽车内燃机的有效途径。基于项目研究课题的需要,实验室设计了一套千瓦级 PEMFC 测试系统,并基于此系统对 PEMFC 进行了详细的性能测试,为车载 PEMFC 的性能优 化提供了有力的支撑。
本论文简要介绍了 PEMFC 的发展历史和研究现状以及 PEMFC 的基本工作原理, 简述了实验室开发的千瓦级 PEMFC 测试系统的组成及工作原理及系统软件开发平台——虚拟仪器的的历史与应用现状,文中重点阐述了课题核心研究内容--基于 LabVIEW 的数据采集程序设计等。课题完成的测试系统采集程序具有模块化、简洁、 实时性强、扩展性强等特点,为电堆的性能评估、活化、操作条件优化以及性能在 线监测奠定了软件基础。

Abstract:Current proton exchange membrane fuel cell technology has been rapid development in the United States, Canada, Japan and Germany in developing the kinds of batteries for power source has been an upsurge of research. Fuel cells fuel efficiency of its unique high quality high energy, high power, long power, long life, high reliability, low noise, and does not produce harmful emissions caused by NO2, etc is the world's attention. Many countries and research entities have the proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) application study on the expansion to the automotive market, mainly for passenger cars and family cars manned the power source to solve environmental problems. 2012, the U.S. market with fuel cell-powered cars will reach 60 million (total U.S. vehicle market share of about 4%), which uses proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) power plant as fuel cell vehicles will account for about 80% of total number of vehicles. PEMFC has been recognized as the best car of the future power source.
This topic comes from fuel-cell vehicle development project, which aims to energy shortages in today's social context of pressure to achieve a fuel cell vehicle based on PEMFC vehicle development, and explore fuel cells eventually replace the internal combustion engine vehicles effective way. Research project based on project needs, design a set of laboratory tests kW PEMFC system and the system of the PEMFC based on a detailed performance testing, performance optimization for the automotive PEMFC provided strong support.
This paper briefly describes the historical development of PEMFC and the present status and the basic working principle of PEMFC, outlined the development of laboratory testing of kW PEMFC system, the composition and working principle and system software development platform - the history of virtual machines and application situation, the paper focuses on the core issues of content - based on LabVIEW for data acquisition programming. Subjects completed the test system acquisition program is modular, compact, real strong, extensible, and so the characteristics of the stack's performance evaluation, activation, operating conditions and optimize software performance laid the foundation-line monitoring.
