摘要:本设计是根据设计任务书的要求和针对当前自动变光控制器电路所要实现的 目的,在搜集了国内外有关资料、专利文献并进行总结比较以及根据实际性和安全 性问题出发创新出一个比较完善的设计电路——光敏电阻式自动变光控制器电路。 光敏电阻式自动变光控制器电路集自动变光控制电路、应急电路和防干扰电路 于一体,不仅能实现自动变光控制,而且还可以在电路出现故障时,采用应急手动控制装置操纵变光;在复杂的工况下,实现防止杂散光对电路造成的影响。 在设计中,通过调查当前市场上所现有的元器件型号及封装,根据设计电路目的计算元器件参数,使其符合市场上的实物要求;运用绘制印刷板线路的相关软件——Protel 99SE,制作出印刷板线路图。根据以上步骤,可以制作出设计电路的 样品,再通过进一步的调试以及外壳的设计,即可制作出一个价格低廉、工作性能 可靠、实际耐用的产品。
本毕业设计所有电路图均符合专业要求。另外,本毕业设计还翻译了《汽车大灯自动调光控制》的英文专利文献。

Abstract:The design is based on the requirements and design proposal for the current auto-dimming control circuit to achieve the purpose of gathering information at home and abroad, that summed up the premise of patent documents compare the design of a more complete circuit - photosensitive resistive auto-dimming control circuit.
The circuit set automatically dimming control circuit, emergency circuit and anti-interference circuit in one, not only for automatic dimming control, but also the circuit fails, the use of emergency manual control and to prevent stray light on the impact of the circuit.
In the design, by investigating the current market by existing component models, components calculated according to the design parameters of the circuit, to meet market requirements; use of the printing plate line drawing software – Protel 99SE, to produce printing plates circuit diagram. Based on the above steps, can produce physical design of the experimental circuit, through further debugging, can make a cheap, reliable performance, the actual durability of products.
The design of all circuit meet professional requirements. In addition, the article also translated "car headlight dimming control," English Patent.
