摘要:本文介绍了几种汽车主减速器的构造以及在汽车上的运用。主减速器可以说是驱 动桥的“心脏”,它的好坏直接影响汽车的可靠性、安全性和使用寿命。由于主减速 器的机械零部件在材料与制造工艺等方面上的缺陷或人为使用操控不当造成的损坏, 使得汽车的操作可靠性能下降。汽车驱动桥主减速器在使用过程中的正常磨损和非正 常磨损,对汽车都是有害的。当零件磨损量没有达到使用极限时,可对汽车主减速器 进行及时的检修、装配与调整,消除隐患,延长使用寿命。
由于汽车的驱动桥结构比较复杂又承受各种作用力,因此故障率较高。其中主减 速器在驱动桥中又是最容易出现问题的部件之一。本文针对主减速器主、从动齿轮, 支撑轴承及轴承座的检修;主、从动齿轮啮合印迹、啮合间隙,轴承预紧度的装配与 调整等进行概述;设计出一合理的修理工艺,以便使主减速器在装配时,有一个正确 的方法,从而提高装配维修质量。
本文力图通过对有故障的汽车主减速器进行分析,拆装检测维修,消除故障,使 汽车的性能得到更佳的发挥,延长其使用寿命。

Abstract:This paper introduces several cars Main reducer structure and use. The Main reducer can be said to Driven axle’s "heart", it will have direct affects the car's reliability, safety and service life. Due to the Main reducer of mechanical components in materials and manufacturing processes such as flaws or human damage caused by improper use of manipulation, making the car operational reliability become decrease. Automotive Driven axle Main reducer in the course of normal wear and abnormal wear and tear on the car are harmful. When the parts have not reached the wear limit, it can to maintenance, assembly and adjustment the Main reducer in time, to eliminate hidden dangers and prolong service life.
As the car’s Driven axle have complicated structure and receive some broken strength. So the troubles are easy happening. And the Main reducer is one of the most vulnerable problem part in the driven axle. In this paper, the Main reducer driving and driven gears, bearings and bearing supports overhaul; main, driven gear meshing print, meshing clearance, assembly and bearing preload adjustment degree summarize; Making a good Technological process of vehicle maintenance, in order to enable the Main reducer have a right way to assembly, thereby enhancing the assembly of repair quality.
This paper tries to analyses the car Main reducer fault, disassembling test and maintenance, eliminate malfunction, make the car’s performance get better play, prolong the service life.
