摘要:20世纪90年代后，发展循环经济己经成为国际社会的基本趋势，人们越来越意识到发展循环经济的必要性与迫切性。循环经济是一种全新的经济发展模式，是充分考虑了人与自然之间和谐关系的可持续发展模式。不论是发达国家还是新兴的工业化国家，都把发展循环经济看作是实施可持续发展的重要途径和形式。本文通过对邯郸市誉皓实业有限公司（以下简称誉皓实业 ）的循环经济发展模式进行分析，结合誉皓实业本身的情况，找到一条适合誉皓实业的循环经济发展路径。

Abstract:After 90 years of the 20th century, the development of circular economy has become the basic trend of the international community, a growing awareness of the need for the development of circular economy and urgency. Circular economy is a new model of economic development is fully considered the harmonious relationship between man and nature, the sustainable development model. Both the developed and newly industrialized countries, regard the development of circular economy as an important way to sustainable development and forms. Based on the Yu Hao Industrial Co., Ltd. Handan City (hereinafter referred to as Yu Hao Industry) circular model of economic development is analyzed and the industry itself, the situation Hao Yu, Yu Hao to find a suitable industrial circular path of economic development.

　　　本文采取理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法，以相应的基础理论为依据，借鉴国内外诸多实践经验，找到一条适合誉皓实业的循环经济发展路径，并以实证分析论证了该路径的可行性与有效性。可以相信，誉皓实业若按如此路径发展循环经济定能取得一定的效果。然而，本文仍存在一定的不足，需要进一步的完善乃至更正。由于时间所限，相关资料不够充足，再加上本人的学识尚浅，对循环经济这门新兴学科的理论研究与实践还比较肤浅，本文没有论及之处在所难免，望有关专家学者批评指正。本人在此表示诚挚的谢意！
