摘要:中国加入WTO后，随着我国物流配送业的快速发展，尤其是连锁商业的迅速发展和需求量剧增，配送中心作为配送业务开展的场所如雨后春笋发展起来。作为一种重要的配送模式，配送中心的建立和运营对物流配送服务向现代化方向发展起到了进一步的推动作用。然而配送中心规模庞大、造价较高，其位置的选择不仅影响各项经济活动运作的成本，而且关系企业日后长期的发展，因此配送中心选址问题不仅是物流系统化中的重要课题，而且是企业决策时的战略性问题。

我国物流业面对的机遇与挑战越来越明显，配送十几年来国际物流也创造着最佳的服务方式，而配送中心则是进行配送活动的最主要的硬件设施。在配送中心建设之前，需要进行系统、全面的规划。本文在充分认识配送中心选址重要意义的前提之下，对配送中心选址问题进行研究。文章首先阐述了配送中心选址的基础理论，着重分析了配送中心选址三大方法重心法、运输法、CFLP 法，为企业进行配送中心选址提供了有效的方法，对企业进行选址决策起到重要的参考和指导性作用。

Abstract:Since China entering WTO, With the rapid development of distribution in China，distribution centers expand．Whereas，the operation of distribution centers benefit for the distribution service．What's more，distribution centers location not only influences the costs of operation but also the future development．Therefore，distribution centers location is not only the important question in logistics system optimizing but also the strategic problem in decision making．

It is clear that the chance and challenge our logistics industries faced.Distribution is the best way that the international logistics industries made these years, and the distribution center is the main hard of taking distribution activities.Before the construction of distribution center,need to carry on the system,overall planning. 

The paper puts the significance of distribution centers locations the precondition．Firstly introduce the basic theory about location，and also the three methods in location——Gravity method，Transport method，CFLP method. Hope that the text study will be offered and be consulted in the future .
