摘要：随着社会经济发展机械行业的竞争也变得越加激烈，仓储管理在机械行业中扮演者重要的角色。在当今的行业背景下，降低成本已经成为行业竞争的普遍措施，而作为承担着保管、中转货物的仓储中心，对企业仓储系统的优化就成了一个非常重要的途径。

　　　本文介绍了A机械公司仓储的一些基本情况，结合机械行业的行业特点以及对A公司仓储的现状进行分析，力求改善仓储中心的布局、存储策略以及设备配置等方面。通过对仓储中心物流量的分析，运用ABC分类法、系统布置设计（SLP）等方法对对某公司仓储中心进行了重新布置设计，并对新的设计方案进行了评价。从而使得A公司的仓储系统得到一定的优化，提高了企业仓储的价值效益。

ABSTRACT：With the development of the social economic development， machinery industry competition has become fierce increasingly. Warehouse management plays an important role in the mechanical industry. In today's industry background, reducing cost has become a common measure of competition in the industry, as the storage center of managing or , transiting goods, the optimization of enterprise storage system becomes a very important way.

    This paper introduces some basic situation of warehousing about A machinery company, combined with the industry characteristics of the machinery industry , and analyzes the current situation of A company’s warehouse, in order to improve the layout, storage strategy and device configuration of the storage center. Through the analysis of the amount of logistics of the storage center, the center of a company warehouse is re-layout designed by the method of using the ABC classification, the systematic layout planning (SLP), and a new design is evaluated. Thereby the storage system in A company has been optimized, at the same time increasing the value of benefits of enterprise storage.
