摘要：流通加工是物流作业中的一个重要环节，在社会分工生产的今天，流通加工成为了社会分工的必然产物。当今社会，客户对产品的需求变成了多样化、小批量需求，消除标准化大批量生产的弊端就是流通加工。目前物流行业服务水平不高，要想应对多样化的需求，流通加工越来越受到了人们的重视，流通加工提高物流的作业效率，为物流企业创造更多的利润。

　　　本文通过对A钢材仓储企业的流通加工存在的问题进行分析，就A钢材仓储企业的流通加工问题提出建议。以提升流通加工服务水平，满足客户的个性化需求。提升公司的核心竞争力，使企业得到更多的利益。
