摘 要:随着经济的发展,销售物流对中小企业的影响也逐渐变大,中小企业也面临更加激烈的竞争环境。如果不能很好地组织企业的销售物流,企业产品就不能正常流通,产品的价值就不能正真的实现,要想在激烈的竞争环境发展壮大,企业的销售物流将是改进的对象。现在普遍的销售物流问题并没有引起企业高层管的重视,而落后的物流管理理念已严重影响着企业的经济效益。企业对销售物流进行改进,在降低物流运营成本方面有着巨大的潜力。在不断地降低运营成本中,企业也能不断的提高竞争力。
本论文以A公司为研究对象,首先简要介绍销售物流管理理论,其次是分析A公司物流管理现状及存在的问题,最后提出相应的解决方案对A公司销售物流进行分析和改进。通过改进措施解决现有问题帮助企业发展。

ABSTRACT:With the development of economy, affecting sales logistics of small and medium enterprises become large, small and medium-sized enterprises will face more intense competition environment. Sales logistics if it is not well organized enterprises, enterprise products can not be the normal distribution, the value of the product is not really implemented, to develop in the fierce competitive environment development, sales logistics enterprises will improve the objects. Now the sales logistics problems generally did not cause the enterprise top management attention, and backward logistics management concept has been seriously affects the economic benefit of enterprise. If the improvement of the sales logistics, have the potential to reduce the operation cost of enterprises. In continuing to reduce operating costs, enterprises can also improve competitiveness. This paper takes A company as the research object, from the brief analysis theory of logistics management, logistics management situation of A company and the existing problems, put forward three plate corresponding solutions were analyzed and discussed for A company's sales logistics. Through the improvement measures to solve the existing problems to help enterprise development.
