摘要：最近几年,国际货运随着国内外生产、全球化资源的发展在国际贸易中扮演着重要的角色。并且，国际货运正表现出新的特点趋势，如信息化、物流的技术、国际化等各方面。我国的国际货代业近几年快速发展,许多从事国际进出口货运的国际货代企业,以中小型货代企业居多纷纷涌现,但发展普遍较青涩,许多制约其发展的问题有待于解决。与此同时,中国市场吸纳了许多物流公司和国际货代企业,存在激烈的竞争。我国中小贷代企业正面对着巨大的生存压力。本文首先归纳了目前我国国际货运代理市场的现状，并从实际出发，就自身实习所在的阿勒斯国际货运代理公司展开，找出目前货运代理公司所存在的问题，以及研究中小货代的发展模式，从中分析我国中小国际货代市场应采纳的对策。
