摘要：在本文中，以制造企业的物流成本为研究对象，结合德尔福派克电气系统有限公司的物流实际状况，及其物流成本控制的方法。分析了德尔福公司的供应物流，生产物流，包括销售物流等的过程。

　　　本文分析了德尔福派克电气系统有限公司物流成本控制的现状，分别对运输成本，库存成本，管理成本进行了逐一讨论，并指出德尔福派克电气系统有限公司物流管理存在的主要问题，改进和加强了物流成本控制措施。提出对于公司物流管理优化的措施，然后详细探讨了具体的实施方案：精益生产，循环取货等。从而降低物流对于各方面的需求，将有限的人力、财力集中于核心业务，以企业资源的优化配置，，提高企业的核心竞争能力。

Abstract：In this paper, taking the manufacturing enterprise logistics cost as the object of study, combined with the actual situation of the logistics of Delphi Packard Electric System Co. Ltd., and its logistics cost control. The analysis of the supply logistics, production logistics process of Delphi Co, including sales logistics etc..

　　　This paper analyses the present situation of Delphi Packard Electric System Co., Ltd. logistics cost control, the transportation cost, inventory cost, management cost were discussed one by one, and points out the main problems existing in the logistics management of Delphi Packard Electric System Co. Ltd., to improve and strengthen the logistics cost control measures. Put forward for optimizing logistics management measures, then discusses in detail the specific implementation plan: lean production, milk run etc.. In order to reduce the demand of logistics for all aspects of, the limited human, financial resources to focus on core business, in order to optimize the allocation of resources, enterprises, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
