摘要：随着便利店在中国的蓬勃发展，现在便利店在中国随处可见。但是便利店的物流配送如何达到高效、低成本却是一个问题。本文以7-11为便利店的典型案例，研究其在配送过程中与供应商共建配送中心的运作模式。本文通过分析7-11的物流配送体系，发现其与供应商共建配送中心过程中出现的问题，并针对发现的问题提出改善建议。希望7-11能够完善物流配送体系，提高配送效率，节约成本。

Abstract:With the vigorous development of convenience stores in China, and now convenience stores can be seen everywhere in China. However, the logistics and distribution system of convenience store how to achieve efficient and low cost is an issue. In this paper, 7-11 convenience stores as a typical case will be studied of its mode of operation to build distribution center with suppliers in the distribution process. This paper analyzes the 7-11 distribution system and found the issues which appear in the process of building distribution center with suppliers,and propose suggestions for improvement for the problems identified,hope that 7-11 can improve logistics and distribution system, improve the efficiency of distribution and save the cost.
