摘要：在环境日益恶化的现代社会中，灾害频发，其中不乏巨灾，不仅给人们带来了严重的经济损失，还包括生命的流逝。而我国，是世界上自然灾害最为严重的少数几个国家之一，从而对巨灾风险管理进行研究具有十分重要的意义。本文从中国目前的巨灾风险现状出发，对比其他国家的巨灾风险管理经验，结合目前中国再保险的发展现状，寻找一个适合我国现状的巨灾再保险模式。

Abstract: In modern society with increasing environmental deterioration, natural disasters including serious ones frequently happen, which has brought severe economic damage, and even death. However, our country is one of a few countries suffering from natural disasters. So it is significant to study risk management of serious disasters. My thesis is according to current condition of risk of serious disasters in China. Compared with risk management experience of serious disasters from other countries, we should seek for a reinsurance pattern of serious disasters suitable for current condition in our country in accordance with developing condition of reinsurance in China.
