摘要：我国机动车辆保险保费逐年增长，然而保费增长的同时，机动车辆保险骗赔现象越来越严重，骗赔手段也更加专业化与隐蔽化，不法之徒通过利用各种手法进行诈骗，既损害了保险消费者的共同利益，扰乱了社会秩序，又造成保险行业赔付成本虚高，直接导致保险人的经营亏损。本文通过对机动车辆保险欺诈现状及类型特点的分析，指出了犯罪份子的的动机以及造成的危害，归纳出犯罪团伙欺诈骗赔的主要手段，同时借了鉴国外保险反欺诈的经验，针对性地提出关于机动车辆骗赔的防范措施与建议。

Abstract: In china，insurance premiums of motor vehicles are growing year by year, but at the same time, the lawless persons swindle in various kinds of methods which makes the insurance industries' payoff costs have a high bubble price and directly results in insurers' operating loss. This paper concludes the main means of criminal gangs' fraudulent claim through the analysis of motor vehicles insurance fraud, and proposes precautionary measures and suggestions on the motor vehicles fraudulent claim accordingly.
