摘要：从国家政策方针以及艺术品市场现状看，上海自贸区艺术品交易具有广阔的发展前景。但是，通过自贸区内首场艺术品拍卖会的成绩来看，目前上海自由贸易试验区的艺术品交易优惠政策并没能给区域内艺术品流通和交易带来期望中的便利。在此背景下，本文从探索自贸区内艺术品交易的未来发展模式，总结自贸区内艺术品交易出现的问题并对此进行探索，从而对自贸区内整个艺术品行业的发展有一个全新的认识。

Abstract:Artwork from the national policy objectives and the market situation, the Shanghai art trade FTA has broad prospects for development.
