摘 要：目的：利用国标方法检测婴幼儿奶粉和老年奶粉中的脂溶性维生素A、D、E并对其进行分析，提出合理建议；了解国内A、B品牌和国外C品牌不同奶粉中维生素A、D、E含量是否符合国家标准。方法：用国标（GB5413.9-2010）同时测定国内品牌（AB）24个样品（ADE各8个），国外品牌测定了12个样品（ADE各4个）。结论：测得三种品牌中不同种奶粉中维生素A、D、E的含量均符合国家标准；我国奶粉的生产技术水平还需要完善；不同年龄阶段的人群对维生素的需要量是不同的，只有适合的量才可以保证人类的健康。

Abstract：Objective: Use of national standard method infant milk powder and old milk powder testing the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and the analysis, some reasonable Suggestions; Familiar with A, B and C brand different brand abroad in milk powder vitamin A, D, E content conform to the national standard. Methods: in the national standard (GB5413.9-2010) and determination of domestic brand (AB) 24 samples (ADE the 8), foreign brand measured the 12 samples (ADE each 4). Conclusion: test, three different kinds of milk powder in the brand of vitamin A, D, E content which conform to the national standard; Our country milk powder production technology level need to perfect; The crowd of different age stages of vitamin requirements are different, only suitable quantity can guarantee the health of human beings.
