摘要:XX学院是一所省属全日制综合性本科院校，地处云南省XX哈尼彝族自治州州府——蒙自，是我国南部离边境线最近的高校之一。近年来XX学院随着经济、文化的快速发展与受时代潮流的影响，XX学院学生社团在数量和种类上不断增长，其中体育社团的发展比较明显。本文主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法以及问卷调查法对XX学院体育社团的组织机构及制度建设、经费管理、活动组织、人员管理等现状进行调查分析，进一步揭示体育社团的存在优势和不足，并提出了相应的改进建议和发展意见，促进对XX学院体育社团的更好发展。

ABSTRACT:The Hong-he University is one of the comprehensive universities, is located in Yunnan Province Hong-he Hani Yi national minority autonomous prefecture state capital -  Meng zi, is south our country leaves one of border line recent universities. In recent years，with the development of Hong-he university’s economy/culture and the trend of the times influence. The student corporation of Hong-he university in amount and variety are constantly increased. In which the development of physical corporation more obviously. This article through the method of documentary data、interviewing survey、quantity statistics and the survey of questionnaire ,this study further explicates the physical corporation of Hong-he university in organized system、regulation construction、funds、the activity organization and the manage of staff ,and further explicates the advantage and disadvantage of physical corporation, Combined to propose homologous betterment suggestion and shape suggestion, and then it mainly shows its promoting effect on the physical corporation of Hong-he university.
