摘要：在如今的社会，经济型酒店已经与大众生活紧密相扣，成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。而经济型酒店目前市场竞争越来越激烈，但各品牌酒店的相关条件又趋于同质化，做好服务创新则显得至关重要。本文围绕经济型酒店的服务创新，探索增强经济型酒店服务质量的方法。

　　　本文首先，从经济型酒店的服务和服务创新出发，引出研究背景和意义，提出本文的研究内容和研究方法。其次，根据国内目前服务现状，找出问题并提出改善的方法和新的发展思路。再次，结合如家快捷宾馆的特点、存在问题和发展需要，借鉴国内外的一些研究成果，进行分析与评价。最后则通过现状的分析结果，提出完善如家快捷宾馆的服务质量的对策。
