摘 要:伴着我国改革开放的不断推进，一大批民营企业走上了我国国民经济和社会发展的舞台，在推动我国经济持续高速发展过程中发挥了重要作用。民营企业的发展，在为社会创造巨大财富的同时，在安置就业，改善民生、推动科技创新方面发挥了重大作用。同时也为完善和发展中国特色社会主义市场经济做出了生动的社会实践。应该说，对民营企业的发展，政府和全社会都高度关注，随着一系列的政策出台，民营企业的经营环境得到了很大的改善。但也必须看到，我国民营企业的发展已经处在了拐点上，辉煌成绩的背后还隐藏着制约民营企业进一步发展的问题，如科技创新能力不足、内部管理欠缺、人才匮乏等。这些问题的解决与否，直接决定和影响民营企业未来的发展状况。本文从无锡民营企业的基本现状入手，回顾了民营企业的基本理论，对无锡民营企业发展过程中遇到的问题现状及原因进行了分析，提出了解决问题的具体思路和办法。

ABSTRACT:With the advancement of China's reform and opening up, a large number of private enterprises have stepped onto the stage of national economy and social development in our country, in promoting China's sustained economic growth has played an important role in the process. In the development of private enterprises, create enormous wealth for the society at the same time, placed in employment, improving, promoting innovation of science and technology has played a major role. As well as perfecting and developing the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics has made a vivid social practice. It should be said that the development of private enterprises, the government and the whole society have paid close attention to, with a series of policies, private enterprises operating environment has been greatly improved. But must also see that the development of private enterprises in our country has been at the inflection point, the accomplishments are hidden behind the problems restricting the development of private enterprise further, such as science and technology innovation ability is insufficient, lack of internal management, the lack of talent, etc. The solution of these problems or not, determine and influence the development of private enterprises in the future. From Wuxi the basic present situation of private enterprises, this paper reviews the basic theory of private enterprises, private enterprises in Wuxi development situation and causes of the problems encountered during the analysis, put forward the specific ideas and measures to solve the problem.
