摘要:中小企业经济是我国国民经济的重要组成部分，无论是在带动中小城镇的经济建设、提高社会再就业率，还是提供协作服务、促进生产技术的创新等方面都发挥着不可替代的作用。但由于中小企业自身规模小、经济实力弱的特点以及社会金融环境的不完善，资金短缺是伴随企业发展的现实问题，筹资问题也一直是困扰中小企业进一步发展的焦点难题。

　　　本文首先简单介绍了筹资的相关理论知识，包括筹资的含义、筹资的方式和筹资的类型，作为后文具体问题的理论基础。然后以山东川君化工股份有限公司为例，具体分析了该企业的筹资现状及存在的问题，如筹资方式少，留存收益不足，企业筹资风险大等。对于公司筹资存在的问题，本文主要从该企业自身原因、我国的金融环境这两方面来解释。最后，针对问题提出解决该企业筹资问题的一些建议及对策。

Abstract:Small and medium-sized enterprise is an important part of the national economy. It plays an important role in promoting economical growth of the town, increasing re-employment rate, providing the collaborative service and promoting the innovation of technology. But the scale of the small and medium-sized enterprise is small and its economical actual strength is weak. As a result of the characteristics and the negative impact of the social financial environment, the shortage of the capital is always a problem. And financing problem has been the focus problem of besetting the further development of the small and medium-sized enterprise.

　　　First, the article introduces the theoretical knowledge of financing, including the meaning of financing, the mode of financing and the genre of financing. It is the theoretical basis of problems later. Then, the paper introduces Shandong Chuanjun chemical incorporated corporation as an example. I analyze the financing situation and the financing problems of the enterprise, such as, the mode of financing and retained earnings are short, the risk of financing is high. Pointing at the company's financing problems, the article explains them from enterprise itself and the social  financial environment. Finally, the article provides suggestions and countermeasures in solving the financing problems of the enterprise.
