[摘要] 良好的心理素质，是秘书人员能够顺利而且高效完成本职工作的基本条件之一。现代社会发展中，秘书人员在公司企业中处于一种特殊的地位，所受的工作压力也是非常巨大的。秘书工作的特殊性，要求秘书不仅要有过硬的专业理论知识及技巧，还需要很高的心理素质来应对各种情况。秘书工作的辅助性、服务性、从属性等基本特征，决定了秘书工作中的一系列特点。秘书工作任务繁重，事务多而杂，若秘书在工作中没有良好的心理素质，难免会遭遇挫折、压力等一系列心理问题。若不及时认知并调整，将严重影响到秘书个人的身心健康，甚至个人工作。良好的心理素质，将直接影响到秘书工作的质量和效率，并且优化群体结构。因此，想成为一名真正优秀的秘书，就要学会在面对各种心理障碍和心理压力时，对于自己作为秘书工作者有一定的正确价值观的定位，能够处理好人际关系，正确对待各种压力等，适时调整，这样才能将秘书工作做到最好并且适应社会时代发展的要求。

[Abstract]  Good psychological quality are secretarial staff to successfully and efficiently complete one of the basic conditions for their work. The development of modern society, Secretaries in a special position in the company, the working pressure is very great. Special nature of the work of the Secretariat, the Secretariat should include not only the excellent professional knowledge and skills, also need a lot of psychological quality in response to various situations. 

　　Secretary of the psychological qualities belong to the category of non-intelligence factors, refers to the psychological process  demonstrated stable and individual psychological characteristics of psychological characteristics of combined. Supporting the work of the Secretariat, the services, from basic features such as property, determines a range of features in the work of the Secretariat. A heavy task of the Secretariat, miscellaneous, if not good psychological quality in the work of the Secretariat, will inevitably encounter frustration, stress and other psychological problems. If it does not acknowledge and adjust in a timely manner, said Secretary of the seriously affected the physical and mental health of individuals, and even personal work. Good psychological quality, will directly affect the quality and efficiency of the work of the Secretariat, and optimize the structure of groups.
