摘要：2010年10月20日深夜，西安音乐学院大三学生药家鑫，驾车撞人后又将伤者张妙刺了八刀致其死亡，次年4月22日，西安市中级人民法院一审宣判，药家鑫犯故意杀人罪，被判处死刑，二审维持一审死刑判决，于6月7日被执行死刑。2012年张妙家人起诉药家鑫20万遗赠。药家鑫事件中，舆论发生多次高潮与转折，对整个事件起了不可忽视的影响。由此看出网络舆论所体现人伦，贫富等社会问题。网络舆论在我国既促进了社会事件的公平公正，然而一定程度而言，网络舆论也有其劣势。
