【摘  要】从《新闻调查》到《看见》；从“现场仲裁者”到“温婉倾听人”；从对事件严肃的记者，到对人微笑的记者，柴静这一本身定位的变化，值得我们探讨和研究。本文通过实例研究的方法对《新闻调查》到《看见》中两个不同的柴静进行比较：得出两个柴静身份的冲突，不再是现场的见证者，不再是记者柴静，失去记者的权威性转而做第二手新闻的访谈，简单从心理、动机层面的挖掘，仲裁很勉强，可以很明星，可以很善解人意。这一系列的变化让我们开始反思，成功记者，是否一定离开现场
