【摘要】全国各地警方微博的纷纷开通为警民沟通提供了新的互动传播平台。网民通过微博“参政议政”，引起了全国舆论的广泛关注，揭开了公安微博应用的新篇章。其背后有政府治理前提的转变和行政价值观的演变与多元化等深层次的原因。本文从公安微博传播特征的分析入手，对公安微博的传播属性和现实意义，以及如何更好的运用发展进行了分析和探究。有助于推动公民积极参与公共行政、优化行政模式与改善行政方法和提升公共危机管理能力。

ABSTRACT:With microblogging police aroundatheacountry have opened for providingcommunicationabetween theanew interactiveacommunication platformafor Internetausers throughatheamicroblogging "politicalaparticipation", attractedanational mediaattention, police openedaa newachapteraof microblogging applications .The premisebehind theachange ofagovernance andaadministrative values, such as the evolutionand diversification of deep-seated causes. In this paper, analyzing the propagationcharacteristics ofathe propagation propertiesaof theapublicasecurity microblogging and practical significance, and how to better use and development were analyzed to explore. It helps to promote the active participation of citizens in publicadministration, administrative models and optimization methods to improve and enhance the administrative capacity of public crisis management.
