摘要:随着我国经济的迅速发展,农村劳动力流动成为城市化进程中不可避免的现象,越来越多的农村妇女选择外出务工,但在现实的劳动关系中,针对需要特殊保护的农村女性外出务工的保障是缺失的,再加上社会环境和他们自身的因素,使农村外出务工女性在就业时面临很多问题。本文以昆山市锦溪镇地区外出打工的农村女性为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式,从群体特征、就业状况、社会保障状况和就业权益的维护的角度对农村女性外出务工的就业保障进行了研究,并分析存在的问题,她们就业权益的保障需要社会多方面的支持以及她们自身素质的提高,本文也针对研究出来的问题从维护外出打工女性的权益、提高就业服务、健全社会保障机制等角度上提出了几点对策。

Abstract: As China's rapid economic development, rural labor mobility in China's urbanization process is inevitable phenomenon, more and more options for country women migrant workers, but in reality the labor relationship, special protection for female migrant workers is absence, coupled with the social environment and their own factors that make country women face many problems in employment.
