摘要:本文从分析目前我国企业激励工作失效的成因出发,借鉴和运用西方的激励理论和西方企业先进的激励机制,对当前我国企业怎样进行有效激励提出一些较为系统的对策。激励作为组织管理的重要方法被越来越多的企业所运用,它作为现代组织获得人力资源的一种方式,已经成为企业管理的关键因素。在现代企业管理中,激励方法科学与否直接关系到企业核心竞争力的强弱。所以,有效激励正是解决这些问题的关键。文章从激励及激励理论的概念着手,提出了现代企业管理运行中存在的一些问题,如认识上的偏差:部分企业认为激励就是奖励;薪金激励方法单调,层次差别不大;员工缺乏自我激励意识;优秀员工流失严重等问题。而且在现代企业管理中管理者应掌握有效的激励手段和方式,做到因人而异地加以运用,并且在实践中不断地完善激励模式,这样才会达到预期的激励效果。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of the inefficiency of the Motivation work of our enterprises nowadays, this paper uses the western impelling theory for reference and puts forward some systematic countermeasures on how to make the motivation work of our enterprises more systematic. The incentive policy, as an important management method, has been widely used in more and more enterprises. As a way of obtaining human resources, the incentive policy has become the key element of enterprise management. In the administration of modern enterprises, whether the incentive mechanism is scientific directly decides the strength of enterprise competitiveness. Therefore, effective inspiration is the key to solving the problems.The essay starts with the theory of incentive, points out the existing problems in the administration of modern enterprises: misinterpretation of incentive as reward, monotonous salary motivation system with indistinct difference, lack of self-motivation among staff, serious loss of outstanding employees. Moreover, in modern enterprises, managers should study the way of effective incentive and make good use of it. Meanwhile, employees should learn self-motivation and perfect the incentive system in order to achieve the anticipated effect.

为了克服国内对激励研究问题的这两种弊端,本文主要采用观察法,即通过到部分企业参观拜访,观察员工的工作状态以及生产效率,发现并分析其存在的激励问题;询问法,即通过询问企业员工关于企业激励机制的的相关问题,如他们对目前企业的激励机制是否满意,自己认为存在哪些问题,以及他们认为的改进措施;文献查阅法,即通过到图书馆查阅相关文献借鉴相关领域比较权威的论文等。从分析我国企业激励机制失效的原因入手,借鉴和运用西方的激励理论和西方企业先进的激励模式,并结合我国企业的具体实际情况对我国企业实行有效激励机制提出一条全新的思路与方法,目的在于希望能在巩固和加深西方激励理论学习的基础上,把西方的激励理论和激励机制运用到我国的企业管理的实践中去,并在实践中不断加以完善和创新。
