摘要:改革开放以来,民营企业中的中小企业以其规模小,投资成本低等优势更是发展迅速,成为我国国民经济中最具活力和生命力的一个亮点,这类企业在发展的过程中大多采用家族式的管理模式。本文在对民营中小企业的家族式管理模式的全面分析把握,指出其在企业开创初期显示出了明显的优越性,但是随着企业规模的扩大,市场的发展以及竞争的加剧,其弊端就逐渐显现出来,从而制约了企业的持续发展。本文中通过剖析所在实习单位(一个典型的家族式民营中小企业)的家族式管理模式,采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方式,对该家族式民营企业做了相关的分析,指出现当代民营中小企业去家族式的紧迫性,为民营中小企业管理模式改革提供建议,同时对今后民营中小企业管理模式的转型提出合理的发展方向,从而保证民营中小企业的持续稳定发展,推动民营企业的与时俱进,不断进行体制,观念和管理的创新

Abstract:Since Chinese economic reform,the small and medium-sized private enterprise, with its small scale, low cost of investment and other advantages,which had become the engine which can propel the economy , these enterprises mostly adopt the family-run management mode in the process of development .This article is based on the family management mode of comprehensive analysis of small and medium-sized private enterprises, points out that at the beginning of the enterprise,the management mode showed obvious superiority, but with the expansion of enterprises, the development of the market and the competition, its shortcomings are gradually revealed. This article analyzes the family management mode of the practice unit (a typical small and medium-sized private family enterprises) , using a combination of theoretical and empirical analysis, to do the related analysis of the family private enterprises, pointed out the urgency of the reform of modern and contemporary private small and medium-sized enterprises, then put forward reasonable development direction of small and medium-sized private enterprises management mode, so as to guarantee the steady development of small and medium-sized private enterprises, promote private enterprises to keep pace with The Times, constantly carries on the system, conception and management innovation

本文在第一章绪论部分阐述了文章研究的背景及意义,同时对国内外关于民营企业管理模式的理论进行了综述,指出了理论研究的不足;在第二章中分别对民营中小企业和管理模式进行详述并为本文的管理模式做出了界定;第三章对我国民营中小企业和家族式管理模式发展现状进行概括,同时指出现阶段的家族式管理的优势以及存在的不足;第四章引出案例企业,对企业做整体介绍,并对其所处现状进行SWOT分析,指出企业现行管理模式中存在的不足,阐明问题所在,强调其管理模式转型从而形成企业自身核心竞争力的紧迫性;最终给企业的发展提出可行性建议,也为中国大部分处于同等水平的民营中小企业的持续发展出谋划策;在最后的结论部指出对本论文研究中存在的不足与可借鉴点,为之后的研究提供参考。
