Abstract
In the tide of informatization reform of education in our country, flipped classroom, originated in the American education, which was based on constructivism theory and a modern information technology, as a kind of innovative teaching mode is with its unique advantages caused the attention and favor in the educational circles in our country. “Flipped classroom”, as a new model of classroom teaching, was explored by foreign scholars in the earliest time. “Flipped classroom” can increase the interaction and personalized contact time between the teachers and the learners, and it can let students and teachers take meaningful learning activities together. Based on Senior English Classroom Learning, through empirical research, this paper expounds the effect of flipped classroom teaching mode on the relationship between teachers and students. Flipped classroom changes the position of teachers and students in the classroom learning, shifts the initiative and discretion from teachers to students, improves the students learning interest, initiative and efficiency of English, and makes the relationship between teachers and students become more equal, democratic, cooperating, understanding and trusting.
