ABSTRACT：Extracurricular activities are one of the most important parts of the whole teaching and learning system, it provides more opportunities for students to practice their English, promote to consolidate the result of classroom teaching, thus achieve learn to meet practical needs.

The author tries to survey the condition of English majors’ extracurricular activities in Honghe University, to learn the effect of extracurricular activities. After do questionnaire and interview, the author has found the existing problems and provided some suggestions according to the existing problems. To promote their extracurricular English learning by improve their extracurricular activities.

中文摘要：第二课堂在整个教学体系中是一个重要的组成部分，它创造了更多的机会让学生在课外用英语进行交流，促使学生巩固课堂教学的成果，达到学以致用的目的。

本文作者通过对XX学院英语专业学生课外英语学习的情况调查，了解第二课堂对英语专业学生的影响。通过问卷调查和访谈的形式，本研究发现XX学院英语专业学生课外英语学习中存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决方法。通过改善第二课堂活动，从而促进他们的课外英语学习。
