Abstract

Since the reforming and opening up, China's foreign trade is gradually developing, the economic cooperation between China and other countries in the world is increasing frequent，so English business contract plays an important role on a deal. The extensive uses of prepositions in the contract make it very complex and hard to understand, and it is essential for the foreign traders to understand and master the contract accurately. This paper is going to analyze the usage of prepositions according to its characteristics and put forward some effective measures to improve the current usage of prepositions.
