Abstract:With the deepening of the econominc globalization, international business contract becomes an increasingly important tool of supervision and protection for all kinds of economic entites. In practice, the occurance of inconsistency in translation of business contract has resulted in a good few disputes. This paper aims at analying the stylistic features of international business contract at three different levels from the aspect of functional stylistics. Giving the priority to qualitative analysis, and supplemented by quantitative analysis, the author analyzes words, sentences and text in English business contracts. According to stylistic features of the business contract, some traslation techniques will be presented. It is hoped that this paper can give guidance to the foreign business communication.

摘要:在经济全球化不断加深的今天，国际商务合同成为了监督和保护各种经济实体的重要工具。在实务中，不少的商务合同纠纷是由于各方对合同文本的理解不一所引起的。本选题旨在从功能文体学的角度，在三个层次上分析国际商务合同的文体特点。论文采取定性分析为主，定量分析为辅的研究方法，分析商务合同文本的词、句以及语篇特征。根据商务合同的文体特点，提炼一些适用的商务合同翻译技巧，为涉外商务交流提供一定的导向。

　　　In this chapter, an overall conclusion will be given after discussing stylistic features and translation techniques of international business contracts in Chapter Three and Chapter Four. Both the stylistic features and translation techniques of international business contracts are two main findings of this paper.
