ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of our society and technology, the network language begins to appear in our life.  In order to adapt to the online communication，people, especially for college students, create a new kind of language form with extremely rich characteristics. College students like to use it, because it is vivid and fashionable to young people. Network language communication becomes a part of the life of college students. However, as the saying goes, every coin has two sides, network language is not an exception. In college students’ daily life, they use network language at anytime and in any situation. Some network language is good to college students and some is bad. As a matter of fact, there are few students who pay attention to the bad aspects of network language. As is known to all, college students are the future of our country and our society . Therefore, it is quite important and significant to purify the network language , create a good network language environment, and let college students use the network language correctly. Memetics is a new theory which is based on the point of view of Darwin's theory of evolution to explain the law of cultural evolution. It refers to the field of culture where people imitate each other, and pass down from generation to generation. In addition, a questionnaire will be managed to investigate the status Quo of the using of network language. Based on Memetics and the questionnaire, this thesis is to analyze the beneficial influence and adverse influence of the network language on contemporary Chinese college students through the investigation of the origination, connotation, development, and the use of status quo about the network language. It is hoped to correctly guide the contemporary Chinese college students to better the day-to-day communication in the context of the network.

摘要:随着社会和科技的不断发展，网络语言在我们生活中应运而生。当代大学生为了适应网络交际环境，便创造出了一种非常丰富而富有特色的语言形式。对年轻人来说，网络语言非常的生动和时髦。因此，当代大学生非常喜欢使用网络语言。然而，就像俗话说的那样，任何事情都有其利弊两面，网络语言也不例外。在日常生活中，大学生随时随地都在使用网络语言。有些网络语言有益于交流，也有一些不益于交流。然而，很少有人关注到网络语言的负面性。众所周知，大学生是祖国的未来，因此，净化网络环境，趋利避害，为大学生创造一个良好的网络交际氛围，使大学生正确的使用网络语言便显得尤为重要。模因论是一种基于达尔文进化论的观点解释文化进化规律的新理论。它指文化领域内人与人之间相互模仿、散播开来的思想或主意，并一代一代地相传下来。除此之外，本文还将问卷调查当代大学生网络语言的使用现状。基于这个理论，本文以重庆科技学院为例，通过问卷调查、研究，分析了网络语言对当代大学生日常交际的有利影响和不利影响，指导当代中国大学生在日常生活中正确的使用网络语言
