Introduction

　　　There is no doubt at all  that English is widely used by most countries in the world; it is also regarded as one of the basic skills which modern person should master in the 21st century. And the purpose of learning English is usually for communication, and communication involves all four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. And speaking is the first important skill. So how to improve the speaking ability of the students is quite a crucial thing for teachers. However, for many years, learner requests for “ more spoken English study” have been largely ignored by teachers and materials writers. The philosophy was influenced by the “examination-oriented education”.  They think spoken English is less important than writing English. Today, teachers are learning to learners and trying to meet their needs. To improve the speaking ability of students, we should create the language environment, and this environment includes watching, listening and speaking. we should try our best to construct this environment includes watching, listening and speaking. I have taken some measures to deal with the problem. It lasts four weeks, and now they have achieved remarkable success with my instruction and my help together with their own diligence.
