Abstract: The paper analyzed the problems and causes in the process of learning and teaching spoken English in college, focusing on using Internet to assist oral English teaching in colleges. Through a comparative research on No.2007 and No.2011 English majors in  college, we can draw a conclusion that Internet is a double-edged sword, including benefits and drawbacks. The ultimate goal is to find a practical way to learn spoken English with Internet.

摘要：论文分析了目前大学口语教与学过程中存在的问题及成因，重点研究利用互联网协助大学英语口语教学的现状。通过对学院07级英语专业学生与11级英语专业学生在口语表达能力上差异的实证对比研究，得出结论，互联网所起的作用是双面性的，其中包括有利作用和不利作用。最终意在讨论并找出一条切实可行的利用互联网学习英语口语技能的道路。并且展望互联网在将来有可能给英语学习带来的便利。
