摘要：商务口译的重要性与社会的热切需求形成反差的是我国国内把口译作为一门专业的大学并不多，专门的培训机构也很少，译员在学习过程中会产生一些不正确的认识，尤其是重语言而轻文化差异的现实比较普遍，尝尝因为跨文化知识的缺失造成语用失误，导致双语不能顺利转换，给商务交流带来负面影响。国内外诸多学者就这一话题进行了研究并取得了相应的成果，学习一门外语的过程，也是了解和掌握对象国家文化背景知识的过程。但是语言作为文化传播的工具，对文化有着极大的制约作用，它使文化得以生存，而文化的传播，尤其是异族文化的传播，语言中又会出现一些新的词语和表达方式，这样文化又影响和制约了语言。
