Abstract:In this paper, the writer aims to study ecofeminism revealed in Lady Chatterley’s Lover, that women are not simply just a reproductive machine; they’re the uprising force of this world. By making a research on this subject, the writer hopes to explore a new interpretation toward this masterpiece as well as women. 

The paper is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, the writer will give a brief introduction of the theory of ecofeminism and of the D.H.Lawrence, which allows the readers to have a basic understanding. In the second chapter, the writer will then analyze the ecofeminism in Lady Chatterley’s Lover, and the analysis will be seen in the directions of patriarchal oppression of women, the destruction of nature and the harmonious relationship between women and nature. Then the third chapter is about the influence followed up.
