ABSTRACT：With the development of international trade, China has entered the World Trade Organization. It means China is stronger in the world day by day. But today, more and more countries want to launch anti-dumping lawsuits to our country. Chinese products occupy an unfair position in the world trade market. This thesis takes the suffering of Chinese color TV industry from the anti-dumping sanction of EU and USA as an example, briefly analyzes the international and domestic reasons of the anti-dumping sanction in Chinese color TV export. And then, in the thesis, I summarize some measures that Chinese color TV industry should adopt. I think these measures more or less can lead Chinese products successfully to face the gradually fair and healthy world trade order and the economic-developing world trade environment in the future.

摘要：随着国际贸易的发展，自中国加入世界贸易组织后，中国产品进入国际贸易市场屡屡遭遇反倾销制裁，受到不公平的待遇。本文以中国彩电出口为例，联系近年来美国及欧盟对中国彩电反倾销制裁的案件，简要分析中国彩电出口遭遇反倾销制裁的国际国内因素，从而找出中国产品在日后走向国际贸易市场应采取的相应措施。这将有助于中国产品更好地适应日趋公平、公正的世界贸易秩序和经济发展环境。

　　　As we all know, the economy and export trade of China are developing at a very fast speed in the recent 30 years. The amount of our country's export trade is increasing every year, but more and more countries want to launch anti-dumping lawsuits to Chinese products. Today, China has become one of the countries which suffer the most anti-dumping suits in the world. Obviously, China is the most pitiful victim in the world's anti-dumping wave. So we have to think about this problem more seriously.

　　　Dumping refers to the behavior of the sellers of commodities that, in normal trade, a country exports commodity to another country at the price lower than the price of the same kind of commodities for sale in the exporting country. Anti-dumping is an action taken by a government to protect industries from unfair competition by a foreign country. Usually, by means of special import duties, a government can reduce or stop imports of goods for sales at a price lower than in the country in which they were manufactured. Countervailing duty is an import duty aimed to protect an industry from foreign competition when a foreign country pays its exporter an export bounty. Dumping behavior will lead to strong reaction of the dumped country, and therefore causes harms to free trade. Anti-dumping is a kind of economic legal behavior against dumping. It utilizes state machinery and applies imperative measures to maintain its own foreign trade benefit, and this is the administrative sanction measure adopted by the importing country.
