Abstract: With the globalization of the economy and the closeness of economic relationship among countries, business news appears so frequently in daily life that it has become an important part of reading to many people. The international business news updates very fast. As the open-door policy is carried out in China, it's crucial for us to keep pace with the world business news since it is closely related to the economy, but its economic framework is still backward. So we have to learn fresh experience from abroad, especially from these advanced capitalist economies. Practically, it is more important to translate business news properly than ever before, as more money is spent and more credit cards are used and our society is more frequently affected by new products as well as the new price. Business news impinges on our lives more frequently than any other kinds of news. 

　　This paper attempts to find a better way to translate business news in order to present readers with more accurate information. As timeliness, promptness and accuracy are the three elements of the news, the basic aspects of the skopos theories are introduced in this paper to make the translation more acceptable to the target reader. The core of the skopos theories is the purpose, which is fundamental for translators to grasp what the target readers want. The three rules of skopos theories: skopos, coherence and fidelity are all in practical use today for business translation. This paper tries to make a research on the following aspects: the characteristics of business news, the fundamentals of the skopos theories and the strategies for translation.

摘要：随着经济全球化的深入，以及各国经济交流更加密切，财经新闻已经成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的一部分。全球财经新闻更新十分迅速。对于我们国家而言，由于实行对外开放政策，更加重视世界财经新闻的报道。我国的经济体制框架整体还是较为落后的，因此，我们应当学习国外的先进经验，特别是西方发达国家的经济模式。对我们个人来说，财经新闻的翻译具有更加实际的意义：越来越多的人都在使用信用卡，日常生活我们要消费，我们的生活会受价格浮动影响，我们期待见到更多的新产品等。财经新闻比其他新闻对我们日常生活的影响更大。

　　为了更好地传递准确地信息给读者，这篇文章尝试着寻找更好地方法翻译财经新闻。时效性，快速性以及准确性是财经新闻的典型特点，本篇文章将目的论的基本概念运用到财经新闻的翻译中，旨在让读者能够更加容易理解财经新闻。目的论的核心在于目的，对于译者来说就是理解什么是读者所需要的。目的论的三个基本准则：目的准则，连贯准则，忠诚原则对于财经新闻的翻译都具有很实用的指导意义。这篇文字尝试解决以下问题：财经新闻的基本特点，介绍目的论的基本概念，财经新闻翻译的一些策略。
