Abstract:The primary goal of this research is to study the crisis of credibility of Pearl River Delta which impact heir economic development a lot. Enterprises reputation plays a very important role in the development of the enterprise. Enterprises should be the best, most competitive; we must work on their core values. Technology can be learned, and system can be imitated, but the entire corporate culture and business ethics are very difficult to transplant or imitate. In this sense, the corporate philosophy is the ultimate meaning of the first core competitiveness, and business ethics, corporate credit, and corporate goodwill are the integral parts of basic elements of corporate philosophy. But Chinese enterprises operating loss in the integrity has become a very serious problem, eroding the trust between enterprises and people’s confidence in the community like the plague laying a negative impact on the healthy development of society as a whole. So this paper analyzes five methods that reconstruct the integrity of the enterprise. They are taking full advantage of modern network, promoting the reform of state enterprises, speeding up the legislation, overcoming local protectionism, and strengthening publicity and education efforts.
