摘要:本设计是重庆巴南某公司办公楼室内装饰工程Ⅰ标段投标文件，具体目标是根据工程量清单及定额计算规则计算工程量，运用清单计价规范进行投标报价,编制商务标文件。

　　　本项目清单工程量计算书采用工程量清单计算规则，同时根据定额计算规则进行清单综合报价。本工程总工程造价为7159328.94元，总工期为100天，总建筑面积约为10405.2平方米，单位造价为688.05元/平方米。投标报价考虑了实际的技术措施和指标。

　　　综合单价包括了完成本清单项目全部费用包括管理费和利润。商务标标书是依据投标要求制作。
