员工培训是人力资源开发获得高品质人力资源的基本驱动力。企业如何更加有效地整合资源,建立核心竞争力,提高员工素质以及建立满足业务发展战略的员工培训体系已经成为人力资源部门必须解决的重要问题。本文分析了企业员工培训对企业发展的重要性,以及提出有效地执行员工培训的措施。实现企业目标是一项系统工程,仅仅有热情是不够的,对员工培训工作规则的科学认识是必要的,这便于一个定义明确的目标在思想上采取行动,从而在实际行动中达到效果。每一个企业都应该根据当前的形式设定适用于企业本身业务发展战略的实用的培养目标。有效的培训机制就是在此基础上建立的。………………

Abstract:The employee training is the basic driving force to obtain high-quality human resources for human resources development. How enterprises integrate the resources more effectively, establish core competitiveness, enhance the quality of employees and build an employee training system which meets the business strategy development has become the essential issue that must be addressed for Human Resources Department. This paper analyzes the importance of enterprise employee training for the development of the enterprise. And propose measures to effectively carry out the employee training. To achieve the enterprise objective is a systematic project. Only having the enthusiasm is not enough. The scientific understanding of the rules of the employee training work is needed so as to act with a well-defined objective in mind and make actual effect. Each enterprise should set up its own practical training objective which is suitable for itself based on the business development strategies from the current situations. The effective training mechanism will be build on the basis of this. ………………
