浅议现金流量表在企业财务管理中的应用

摘要：在目前企业的财务管理中，现金流量表的重要性日益显现，而如何把现金流量与财务管理的相关指标结合，全面评价企业的财务状况和经营成果更为重要，这有助于企业决策层、投资者和债权人正确认识企业的财务状况，在加强企业财务管理的同时作出明智的决策。当然，最大限度地提高资金利润率已成为企业财务管理的核心内容。

现金流量表是反映企业在一定会计期间现金和现金等价物流入和流出的报表，是反映企业一定期间的经营活动、投资活动、筹资活动的动态财务报表。它能真实体现企业的获利能力、偿债能力、支付能力和盈利能力。而通过编制现金流量表所反映的现金流量信息在协调各种财务关系、组织财务活动等方面起着重要作用，加强对现金流量的管理，及时掌握现金流量信息，最大限度地提高资金利润率已成为企业财务管理的核心内容。
