摘要:在国家新的文化发展战略下，我国社区报纸的发展还存在什么样的困境和发展局限，我国民族地区党报都市版能否借鉴国内外社区报纸成功经营的经验？本文试图以上海《新民晚报社区版》和红河彝族哈尼族自治州《红河日报·滇南视窗》为例，结合我国社区报纸成功和失败的经验，来探讨社区报的发展给民族地区党报都市版带来的有益经验是什么。同时，以案例分析和对比研究的方法，探索研究民族地区党报都市版如何借鉴社区报的办报经验，办好民族地区党报都市版。

ABSTRACT:Under the strategy of new cultural development, what are the community newspapers’ difficulty and development constraints? And can the urban party newspapers in the national areas learn the successful experience from the foreign community newspapers? The paper tries to taking the community edition of Xinmin Evening News in Shanghai and Honghe Daily in Honghe Yi and Hani autonomous state as the example, which combine with successful and failed experience of the community newspapers to explore the useful experience the community newspapers bring. At the same time, the paper use studying case and comparison means to explore how urban party newspapers in the national areas learn experience from the community newspapers to manage it well.
