摘要:“迷狂说”是古希腊著名的哲学家柏拉图在其文艺对话集中提出的，与我国南宋时期著名文艺理论家严羽提出的“妙悟说”都是关于文学创作过程的重要学说，涉及到了诗歌创作过程中诗人复杂的心理活动过程。“迷狂”诗人和“妙悟”诗人通过现实情境的触发，唤醒了自己的情绪记忆，在自我情感的内驱下开始创作，其构思心理具有模糊性和整体性的特点。由于诗人处于情感的高峰时刻也表现出了一定的反常心理，这种心理称之为艺术创作中的变态心理，在此过程中诗人在自我实现中还获得了超越性体验。同时，“迷狂”诗人和“妙悟”诗人在情感的驱动下所获得的创作的冲动还必须要受到作家的适度控制。“迷狂说”和“妙悟说”在理论内涵上有相近、相同的地方，体现出了创作心理活动一般特点，但二者仍然存在着巨大的分野。需要相互吸收和借鉴，才能获得对文学创作心理的最优控制。

ABSTRACT:"Illusionism" is put forward by the famous ancient Greek philosopher Plato his literary dialogue, the Southern Song Dynasty Yan Yu is a famous literary theorist ,"SuddenUnderstandingTheory"the important doctrine of the process of literary creation,involving to the poet complex psychological process in the poetry writing process.The two kinds of poet  trigger the present situation,and wake the emotional memory, they creation drive by their motional, the idea of psychological may have ambiguity and integrity characteristics. The poet also showed a certain degree of abnormal psychology at the peak moment of emotion,we can call it abnormal psychology in mentality,in this process the poet get transcendent experience in the self realization.The same time, the poet of the creation of emotion driven impulse must also be subject to moderate control.There are the same place on the theoretical connotation, reflecting the general characteristics of the creative mental activity, but they still exist great distinction. They need to absorb and learn from each other and in order to obtain optimal control of the psychology of literary creation.
